Cardioblate® Surgical Ablation System

The system consists of the Cardioblate® 68000 Generator and the Cardioblate® Bipolar Ablation Clamp.

The Cardioblate® system utilizes irrigated bipolar RF energy to provide surgeons with an easy, reliable, and straightforward means of tissue ablation, even in cases of transmural lesions. As a result, the Cardioblate® System (BP2 device, monopolar pencil, and generator) allows for more practical and precise surgical ablation procedures.

The electrodes are flexible and malleable, capable of rotating 300°, and can be used to address even the most challenging cardiac anatomy. They efficiently transmit RF energy to the cardiac tissue, resulting in consistent transmural lesions and conduction block.

The Cardioblate 68000 generator is easy to install and use, and features an advanced dose-response algorithm that ensures transmural lesions consistently leading to conduction block. It emits sounds and messages on its touchscreen display to notify the user of the ablation status, transmurality, and other critical information.
